Here are some cute pictures of us from the past three weeks!
Our first day of class! We're in the STEM classroom which is the coolest ever... We spent the first day getting to know each other as we're from two different campuses (St. Pete and Tampa) and have all kinds of majors.
Dr. JSM and our class were invited to come present at the Campus Board meeting that included Dr. Tadlock and members of the campus board. We got to go to the front of the room and answer some questions. Campus Board member Susan Churuti asked a question about what kind of information we would be exposed to since we got to choose which campaign we wanted to be part of: I explained that we all understand the importance of getting as much information and facts as possible before forming an opinion and acting on it. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity: We shouldn't waste it by not being open to the process and getting as much out of this as possible.
A picture of our class this first day we got out Road to the White House shirts and beanies. Naturally, we had to take a picture in front of our beautiful waterfront. I'm sure I'll end up missing the beauty of USFSP as we battle the cold in New Hampshire!
Those of us on the Delta flight together out of TPA spent the morning (02/02/2020) together waiting at our gate. Had to get selfies in! We facetimed with Delaney from WUSF and answered some questions on how we were feeling about the snow and what we were excited for!
